Janet Lambrou | Mediation Lawyer

Mediation Lawyers Melbourne Janet Lambrou takes her role as a mediator seriously. She is always professional, prepared, and independent.

Bio & Experience

Janet Lambrou has been the principal of JAM Mediation Services since 2011, based in Melbourne. Her mediation experience is broad and diverse, and she understands the process from varying perspectives. Janet has advocated on behalf of clients as a solicitor at mediation, participated in mediations on behalf of litigant parties, and for the past nine years has acted as the mediator of disputes. This varied experience assists enormously in facilitating discussions between parties, who approach the dispute from different positions.

The combination of Janet’s significant legal and commercial experience, together with her integrity and compassion, means that both the technical and human sides of disputes are recognised and addressed. She has an ability to efficiently identify and narrow the critical legal issues in dispute, and bring empathy to the process when required.
